Meet
Amber Altidor
Founder
I am a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of the Rush University Doctor of Nursing Practice program. I also completed a fellowship program for psychiatric nurse practitioners in community mental health in Chicago, IL. I enjoy partnering with you to develop an understanding of your needs and to develop a plan to improve your mental health so that you are functioning at your best at home, at your workplace and socially. I am accepting adult patients and my specialties are mood and anxiety disorders.

You can expect to feel seen and heard as your own treatment priorities and unique experiences are the focus of our visits. You can expect to receive comprehensive assessment and education regarding the diagnosis and your treatment plan. The treatment plan is well-rounded, often incorporating a combination of the latest evidence-based options for medication, psychotherapy or complementary therapies.

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Cigna, Aetna, Oscar Health, Oxford and United Healthcare. If you are without insurance or have a different insurance company, self-pay options are available.
